• Managing your services (i.e. booking you in for appointments/keeping track of your appointments, in the past, now, and in the future);

• Contacting you, or responding to your queries

• Advertising our services, and various media outlets;

• For our internal administrative, marketing and planning requirements;

• Creating a better customer experience, both in the salon, and on our website.

• To compile and report statistics, with all the relevant personal and/or proprietary information de-identified prior to the completion of such statistics; and

At Hairytales, we strive to only use your information to provide the best possible client experience, therefore we only distribute your information only in the following circumstances:

• We do not distribute your information publicly, or to third parties, unless required by law;

• We will distribute your information occasionally for internal purposes, i.e. billing, marketing and promotion, customer support, and maintenance. We do this only to the extent required.

• We store your information locally within our salon server, via Kitomba.
